Stroke Rehab
After a person has suffered a stroke and their medical condition has stabilized, that person may be suitable for comprehensive rehabilitation.
Our stroke rehab program includes:
- a real-life treatment environment that allows patients to prepare for life situations;
- practicing car transfers with a real car;
- moving about in simulated environments;
- an interdisciplinary treatment team with individualized care plan that involves the patient and family.
